LA Advertising & Creatives Community Drive

Our thoughts are with all those being impacted by the devastating fires across Los Angeles. Through this difficult time, we are reminded how resilient our community is and what it means to come together to help our neighbors.

AAF Los Angeles, ThinkLA, Social Media Club LA, The 4As, Beauty & Lifestyle Content Creator - Meredith Welborn, and all of our partners, have come together to hold a community drive to support those affected by the fires.

AdTogether Community Drive Details

• What: We are bringing the advertising & creative community together to support those impacted by the fires. We are asking everyone to bring 1-2 items from the "Items Needed" list, and we will donate them to local organizations. We will also have a Card Writing area where people you can write letters to first responders and those impacted by the fires.
• Food and drinks will be available throughout the day.
• No need to register - come and go as you please!
• When: Friday, January 31 from 3-7pm
• Where: Firestone Walker Brewing Company (3205 Washington Blvd, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292)
• Items Needed: Toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, hygiene products (hairbrush, nail clippers, etc.) feminine hygiene products (pads, tampons, etc.)

How You Can Help

• Volunteer & donate items to the LA Community by attending the AdTogether Community Drive on January 31 at Firestone Walker Brewing Company. No need to register, just come with 1-2 items from the "Items Needed" list and hang out with the community. We will have a station setup for writing letters to first responders & those impacted by the fires.
• The event is free to attend, we just ask that everyone brings a few items from the list to donate!

• Ad Relief of Greater Los Angeles is a volunteer organization made up of advertising, media and promotion professionals brought together to help their colleagues in times of life crisis. They are making an immediate and direct impact to professionals in the industry. Donations are tax deductible as a 501(c)3 organization.

• World Central Kitchen (WCK) is first to the frontlines, providing meals in response to humanitarian, climate, and community crises. When disaster strikes, WCK’s Relief Team mobilizes to the frontlines. Donations are tax deductible as a 501(c)3 organization.
